UPDATE - The suspect in this case, Astin Chavers Clark, has been arrested.
WEAPON: No weapons were involved
VEHICLE: No vehicle was involved
SYNOPSIS: On Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 7:53 a.m. a UH student who lives in Moody Towers reported to UHDPS that she was fondled in her room. At approximately 4:55 a.m. the complainant was asleep and the suspect entered her room. The complainant was awakened when she was fondled by the suspect. The suspect then immediately left the room.
The complainant was not injured during the incident.
