Elgin Blvd. at UH Entrance 18
Wheeler St. at UH Lot 4A near Calhoun
Elgin Blvd. at Spur 5 (Lockwood/Spur 5 underpass)
MLK Blvd. at Calhoun
UH Entrance 17 at UH Entrance 16
We expect other areas to be impassable. Please limit your travel through these specific areas and exercise caution on all roadways.
