SUSPECT #1: A known Hispanic male, approximately 5’7” in height, 30 years old, approximately 160 pounds. The suspect has been apprehended and charged with indecency with a child.

SYNOPSIS: At approximately 11:58 p.m. on Saturday January 5, 2008 it was reported to UHDPS that a crime of indecency with a child had occurred at Gate 14 of Robertson Stadium during the Interliga Soccer match.
The complainant and her family members were waiting at Gate 14 to get autographs as the players moved to the team bus. The complainant and her mother reported to a Texas DPS Trooper working the event that the perpetrator had inappropriately touched the complainant. The DPS Trooper saw the perpetrator, detained him and turned the suspect over to UHDPS personnel.
The suspect was charged with indecency with a child and remanded to the custody of the Harris County Jail. The suspect and complainant are not affiliated with the University of Houston.
