OFF CAMPUS AGGRAVATED ROBBERY
SUSPECTS: Two African American male suspects approximately 5'10" to 6'1" wearing "hoodies" and dark clothing. The suspects wore bandanas covering their faces.
WEAPONS: One shotgun and one handgun.
VEHICLE: A late model, beige or gold in color, possible 2000 series, Nissan Altima. Unknown license plate number.
SYNOPSIS: At approximately 12:01 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 7, Texas Southern University Police Department received a report of an aggravated robbery that occurred in the drive-through lane of Burger King, at 3730 Scott St. This location is just west of University of Houston parking lot 12A. Two complainants reported to TSU Police that at approximately 11:53 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 6, they were sitting in a vehicle while in the Burger King drive-through lane. They were approached by two suspects displaying weapons. One of the suspects ran to the vehicle's driver's side window and pointed a shotgun at one of the complainants. The other suspect remained on the passenger side of vehicle and pointed their handgun at the other complainant. The suspects demanded and obtained cash from the driver. After obtaining the cash, the suspects entered a beige or gold late model Nissan Altima and left in an unknown direction. No one was injured.
