Sexual Assault

SUSPECT:  A 25 year old male (student).

SYNOPSIS:  On May 5th, 2008 an adult student was found in his vehicle with a juvenile female. Upon investigation it was determined they had consensual sex. Due to the female being underage she can not give consent and that makes this incident a sexual assault. The student was arrested and placed in Harris County Jail. It is believed that this student is not a future safety threat to the university community.
