SYNOPSIS: At approximately 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 16, 2008 the complainant was approached by the suspect on the second floor of the University Center.  The suspect stated he was conducting a student satisfaction survey.  The complainant told the suspect that she could not participate in the survey at that time, but that she might complete the survey later.  Approximately one hour later the complainant left an office on the second floor and was immediately approached by the suspect.  The complainant was advised by the suspect that the survey was being conducted around the corner from where they were, and that prizes were being awarded to survey participants.  The complainant accompanied the suspect around the corner and noticed that there was no indication of a survey being conducted.  The complainant decided to leave the area.  The suspect then attempted to place his arms around her shoulder.  The complainant walked away and the suspect followed her.  While walking to the E.
