Microsoft Outlook/Exchange Service Restored

Good Afternoon,

As of 4 p.m., mail services on Exchange have been restored to normal service and the issues encountered earlier in the day have been resolved.

IT staff continue to work with the vendor to identify the root cause of the outage and will take appropriate steps to prevent recurrence once that analysis is complete.
