UPDATE: CASE CLEARED BY ARREST

September 28, 2008 a citizen who saw information on the news called the Houston Police Department to report sighting the suspect. HPD responded to the reported location and took custody of the suspect. UHDPS then executed the arrest warrant and placed the defendant in the Harris County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.
