The University of Houston Department of Public Safety recieved notification that James Graspo was released from custody on May 3, 2009. Graspo has been the suspect in more than 20 offenses on the University of Houston campus since 2004. He has been banned from campus and has been charged with Criminal Trespass eight times.

James Graspo is thought to be homeless and has been found sleeping in buildings and stealing food. He most frequently has been associated with Farish Hall and the A.D. Bruce Religion Center. He usually enters the building before closing and hides in the building until it is closed.

James Graspo is a white male, twenty-five years old. He is approximately 6' 02" tall with a medium to thin build. He has brown hair and eyes.
